Withdrawal and returns

Last updated: 3 September 2026

Switzerland

Swiss law does not provide a general right of withdrawal for ordinary online purchases. Atsumeru therefore does not offer a voluntary return or exchange right for goods that are free from defects. An order may be cancelled or goods returned only with our prior express agreement. Statutory rights relating to faulty, damaged or incorrectly delivered goods remain fully unaffected.

European Union, European Economic Area and United Kingdom

Consumers habitually resident in the EU, EEA or United Kingdom may withdraw from an online purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason where mandatory applicable consumer law provides this right.

The period begins on the day after you, or a person designated by you who is not the carrier, receives the goods. If several goods ordered together are delivered separately, it begins on the day after the final item is received.

To exercise the right, send an unequivocal statement by email or post to:

Atsumeru KLG
Sulzerallee 73
8404 Winterthur
Switzerland
Email: info@atsumeru.ch

Merely returning or refusing the goods is not sufficient. It is sufficient to send the statement before the period expires.

Return and reimbursement

You must send the goods to the address above no later than 14 days after notifying us of the withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of return. Statutory remedies apply instead where goods are faulty or incorrectly delivered.

We will reimburse all payments covered by the withdrawal, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery we offered, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision to withdraw. Additional costs for a more expensive delivery method are not reimbursed. Reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment as for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise, and you will not incur any fees. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or you provide evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

You are liable only for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Opening or damaging the seal on booster packs, displays, booster boxes and comparable collectables does not automatically extinguish the right of withdrawal. Because opened products often cannot be resold as new, the deduction based on the actual loss in value may be substantial.

You are not liable for diminished value if we failed to inform you properly of your right of withdrawal.

There is no right of withdrawal in the cases provided by law, particularly for goods made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised. Other mandatory statutory exceptions may also apply.

Other countries

Atsumeru does not offer customers in other countries any additional voluntary right to withdraw, return or exchange goods. Mandatory rights at the customer’s place of habitual residence remain unaffected.
